Terms
Last updated 30 September 2026
By using Blumour you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to the contact address we will publish on this page before launch.
The service
Blumour is in beta and free. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will tell you in the app before we start charging for anything, and nothing you use for free today will be taken away without notice.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can stop using Blumour at any time and ask us to delete your account.
Rooms and messages
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, spam, or illegal content in rooms or messages.
- You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
- Only invite people who want to be invited.
Music and third-party services
Stations play music we host, each track in the public domain or licensed for streaming (see the music credits), and your Spotify playlists play through Spotify. Their terms apply to that content. Please do not use Blumour to record or redistribute it.
No guarantees
Blumour is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will say so in the app before the change applies.
